| We take your privacy very serious and will not send or email advertisements, nor will we call to solicit sales. |
| We will contact you during the processing of your order to verify the information and possibly during construction, should we have a question on your order. Normally, this will be by phone, however, if you prefer another method, please let us know. |
| Flatiron Mercantile will never share or sell your information. The information we collect in processing your order will be kept in strict confidence. |

Limited Warranty |
| All of our products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for sixty days. If there is a problem, contact us and we will either fix it or refund the purchase price at our option. |

Return Policy |
| Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will accept returns within 30 days, except on personalized and customer specific items. When you contact us, we will provide shipping instructions for your return. |
| We apologize, but shipping & handling charges are not refundable and COD returns will not be accepted. |
